Guaranty Financial, Inc. began operation in February 1994. Since that time, it has originated hundreds of millions of dollars primarily for the secondary market. Loan types include multifamily, shopping centers, office buildings, manufactured home parks, self-storage units, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and a new hospital. Permanent loans and construction loans have been originated throughout the southeast.
